The rate with insurance that protects you and your loved ones from unforeseen events during your stay
The Gorini hotel offers you the insured rate "Besafe rate". This rate allows you to be insured during your stay at our facility and to be reimbursed in the event of numerous documented events.
The insurance coverage included is free and valid for all participants in the stay, from the time of booking until check-out.
From booking to check-in
Cancellation guarantee - Refund up to 100% of the amount paid: The refund in case of cancellation is valid for unforeseen events, such as illness (pandemic included/COVID-19 included), hospitalization, accident, holiday cancellation, dismissal or new hire.
From check-in to check-out
Assistance during your stay: From arrival to departure you can take advantage of health assistance, luggage insurance, theft and roadside assistance.

Besafe Rate Cancellation Policy
The Besafe Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a refund of up to 100% of the total stay in accordance with the regulation of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking.
Besafe Rate Payment Policy
This is a "non-refundable" rate and the full amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking. The rate is inclusive of 10% VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the rate.
The coverages included in your reservation, at no extra cost, are:
- Health care.
- Coverage of medical and medicinal expenses.
- Coverage for pandemic disease and self-isolation.
- Money back guarantee for theft or loss of luggage.
