This is the villa - purchased in 1909 - where writer Alfredo Panzini (Senigallia 1863-Rome 1939) spent much of his life with his family, especially in the summer, turning it into a meeting place for friends and literati and for him also a privileged point of observation of the rural world that flowed into his fiction.

Continue the walk and reach the ancient church of Bordonchio, the old village from which Igea originated, and which houses the 18th century church dedicated to St Martin.

An inevitable reference to one of the most famous 20th century literary figures, Giovanni Pascoli, who was born and lived here, with the countryside inspiring his most famous compositions.
A few minutes' drive to San Mauro Pascoli, to visit the Pascoli museum and the Tenuta Torlonia where the poet was born.

RIMINI
The city is home to a historical centre of great value. You can see the 'layering' of historical eras: Roman, medieval and then Renaissance. The Arch of Augustus invites you to walk around the entire centre; the incredible 'Surgeon's House' with mosaics of the highest quality; the central Piazza Cavour, considered among the most beautiful squares in Italy; the Tiberius Bridge.
The Malatesta Temple designed by Leon Battista Alberti. One afternoon is enough to appreciate this wonderful place.

SAN MARINO
The oldest republic in the world is a pleasant place for an alternative to the beach. Reaching the historic centre on top of Mount Titano is quick and easy.
The centre is medieval in setting and extraordinarily beautiful, allowing you to enjoy a non-Italian place in Italy, and, from the top of the three peaks, dominate the entire sea area from north to south as far as the eye can see.

Capital of the ancient western empire. A unique place of extraordinary historical importance, among other things, included in the list of Italian UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Visit the Basilica of San Vitale, a unique work of art, the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, Dante's tomb, the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare in Classe and some of the most important mosaics in human history.
